Rectangular tomb slab in sandstone, found under the cathedral floor during the 1965-1973 archaeological campaign. The surface of the slab is composed in three rectangles, by frames worked in relief: the central one shows the Cross pattée with forked arms; the terminal ones the coat of arms of the Buonaguisi family (with Eagle abaisé; of four pieces in the second pale). The coats of arms are shown as wall-hung shields, suggesting that the slab was originally mounted on a wall sepulchre.
