Sword with bronze hilt and iron blade, bronze sword tip, gilded bronze spurs, metal rosette with fragment of fabric: part of the funerary goods placed in the tomb of Giovanni de' Medici, Gonfalonier of Justice of Florence, buried before 1352. These objects indicate his knighthood, also reported by the inscription on the tombstone, inherited from his father Alamanno.
