After "The Pazzy conspiracy" and "Voci di Donne" (Women's voices), Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore launches "Il Duomo in un caffè. Storie d'arte e di vita a Firenze" (The cathedral in a coffee time. Stories of art and life in Florence), a new podcast series in italian produced in collaboration with Orange Media Group, consisting of 11 episodes lasting about 10 minutes each.
In the time of a coffee, the voice of Francesco Migliaccio accompanies the listener in the discovery of stories linked to the Opera del Duomo and the city of Florence. From the creation of Michelangelo's David to the Florence flood of 1966, via Brunelleschi's extraordinary inventions and the search for Giotto's lost tomb.
The episodes will be available from Monday 12 August on the main podcast platforms.
