From April 7th to 16th, the Cathedral and the main halls of the Opera del Duomo Museum will become the protagonists of the initiative Narrators of Beauty, a special PCTO (Paths for Transversal Skills and Orientation) project, which will involve students from two fourth-year classes of the Linguistic High School at the Marco Polo Technical Institute for Tourism.
How the Project Works
The students, stationed at fixed positions and divided into pairs, will be tasked with narrating, in Italian and the foreign languages studied at school (Spanish, English, French, and German), some of the most significant masterpieces from our collections. The Narrators of Beauty project is an extraordinary opportunity for the young people to develop communication skills and deepen their knowledge of art, interacting directly with the public and putting their foreign language skills into practice in a professional context.

Please note that the students are not professional guides, but "narrators" who are putting into practice the skills they have acquired during their studies. A unique opportunity to discover the artworks from a fresh and engaging perspective!
