The Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore invites you to fill out the following questionnaire designed to measure the social impact of its Monumental Complex
The Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore, together with the University of Florence and the Action Research for CO Development (ARCO) founded at the University Pole of the city of Prato (PIN), has prepared a questionnaire in Italian and English with the aim of understanding and describing the social impact of the Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore on citizens, on the faithful and on visitors to its Monumental Complex: Baptistery of San Giovanni, Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's bell tower, Filippo Brunelleschi's dome, archaeological area of the ancient Basilica of Santa Reparata and Museo dell'Opera del Duomo.
The questionnaire is anonymous and is based on the EHD - Evaluating Human Development methodology, which aims to analyze the social impact generated on the different dimensions of human development, to which people attribute a value, in line with their aspirations and with society and the context in which they live. The results will provide useful information for a better understanding of the social value achieved, helping to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Opera's presence.
