Tourist Guides

To streamline free access to tourist guides, a digital system for recognizing qualified tourist guides has been created within the monuments of the Opera del Duomo. To obtain the accreditation code it is necessary to request one from the Opera of Santa Maria del Fiore by filling out the form below. To obtain accreditation, request registration by entering your details and click on the "Send" button, you will receive an email confirming your registration request.

The actual registration will take place only after authorization by the OPA staff who will provide you with your personal QR Code to keep on your smartphone. The ticket dedicated to qualified Tourist Guides will have a seasonal duration, will be automatically renewed and must be obtain on our ticket office website for free.

N.B. From 2023, for guides already registered, there is no longer the need to renew their QRcode: the renewal procedure is managed automatically by the Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore, extending the deadline to the following season.
