New ticket offices opening hours & terms of payment

From January 2024 the official ticket offices of the Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore will be open at the following times:

'Brunelleschi' ticket office (Piazza Duomo, 14/A):

  •   Monday-Saturday: 8:00 am - 7:15 pm  |  Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:45 pm.

PAY ATTENTION: From Tuesday 2 January 2024, both ticket offices will only accept electronic payments. No cash accepted.
